International Conference on Refractory and Metallurgy (ICRM) addresses professionals in the production and processing of refractories and ceramics (industrial kiln construction, refractories engineering) and consuming refractories (iron and steel, aluminium and non-ferrous-metal industry, cement, glass, waste incineration, etc). A very important target group are the suppliers to the refractories business (raw materials, additives, machines).

The program of the Conference will comprise plenary and invited lectures from leading experts in the field, oral and poster presentations. ICRM will provide a good opportunity for refractory and steelmakers, researchers and other professionals in hightemperature materials and processes to exchange ideas and discuss hot topics with colleagues. The working language is Russian, but simultanious interpretation to English will be available.

Topics: Refractory and ceramics. Metallurgy and high-temperature processes. Refractory lining of a metallurgical heating units. Technologies to improve the quality of raw materials, production and effective application of refractory. Operation of high temperature furnaces and refractory. Energy and economic efficiency of application of high-temperature materials. Raw materials of refractory production.
